AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence solutions to solve complex problems. This role requires expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data science, along with strong programming and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges that can be addressed with AI solutions.
  • Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to analyse large datasets and extract valuable insights.
  • Implement and deploy AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Work with big data technologies to preprocess and analyse data for training and evaluation purposes.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to incorporate new techniques and technologies into projects.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the availability and quality of data for training and validation.
  • Conduct experiments and iterate on models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members on AI-related projects.

Experience Required

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an AI Engineer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful AI projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modelling.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop) and data processing tools.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision would be a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms for AI model deployment and scaling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
